Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

The short version

This site runs no advertising trackers, no marketing pixels and no social media tags. The only non-essential thing here is traffic measurement, and it does not start until you say yes.

This policy covers www.cleancodeculture.com, operated by Clean Code Culture SRL. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal data in general.

What is stored, exactly

Strictly necessary — set without consent

These two entries are stored in your browser's local storage, not as cookies, and they never leave your device. We do not ask consent for them because the site cannot do what you asked without them (art. 4(5) of Law 506/2004 exempts storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you requested).

  • ccc-consent-v1 — your answer to the consent banner, plus the moment you gave it. Without this we could not remember that you said no, and would have to ask again on every page. Kept until you change or clear it.
  • ghid-momentum-access — set only if you request the downloadable guide, so we do not show you the form again on your next visit. Kept until you clear it.

Analytics — only after you accept

  • Google Analytics 4 (property G-886FF53BTW, Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) sets the cookies _ga and _ga_886FF53BTW on this domain, used to tell one visit apart from another and to count returning readers. Google's maximum lifetime for these is 2 years; we retain the reporting data for no more than 14 months.
  • Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.) counts page views without setting any cookie and without a cross-site identifier. It still sends a request from your browser, so we treat it as non-essential and gate it behind the same consent.

Before you accept, neither script is loaded at all. We also send Google a denied Consent Mode signal on first load, so that even if a Google tag were ever added elsewhere it would start from "no".

What we do not use

  • No advertising or remarketing cookies.
  • No Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or other marketing pixels.
  • No social-network embeds that track you.
  • No cross-site profiling, and no sale or sharing of data with ad networks.

If you follow a link to Calendly or to our workshop subdomain you leave this site, and whatever those platforms store is governed by their own notices.

How to change your mind

Use the button at the top of this page, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Refusing is exactly one click, the same as accepting — withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it (art. 7(3) GDPR). Your choice takes effect immediately: analytics tags are unmounted the moment you switch to "reject".

You can also clear site data in your browser, which removes the two entries above and brings the banner back. Browser-level controls are a supplement to the banner, not a substitute for it:

Updates

If we add or remove a tool, this list changes with it and the date at the top moves. Adding anything non-essential means asking you again.
