We reached out to Andrei after winning a PNRR project, which provided us with funds for digitizing the activities of the Mihai și Prietenii Association, and we realized we needed someone who would truly guide us, not just "check off" some deliverables. We had many ideas and the desire to do things better, but at the same time, we wanted coherence, a harmonious blend of all the deliverables we received, and on top of that, they needed to be easy to learn and use. The experience was more than great. Andrei not only quickly understood what we needed, but took us further than we could have imagined. He built us a website, ERP, CRM, e-learning platform, and online store, but beyond that, he helped us understand how to use them without feeling like outsiders. He explained things simply, was patient, and was always there when we had questions. He consistently came with useful suggestions and improvements.
